I like the idea of getting a five pack. Previous shields inevitably start to peel and wear, and ordering and paying for another is a pain. Install is easy – but it takes some finesse to get it on there without bubbles under the shield. The best I managed was two small bubbles. The texture of the screen is nice – I prefer it to the feel of the glass. My fingers seem to slide more smoothly over the surface. Lastly – because of the texture the screen doesn’t appear to be as high resolution. In fact, everything picks up a little graininess. Not perfect, but pretty good.

The product is described as being for the itouch, NOT iphone, so i dont know why i received iphone shields!!!
The item description also says that its ship and sold from Amazon, but i recieved it from Ace Photo Digital!
beware! dont buy your shields for itouch here. This is BS

I ordered these skins for itouch like the photo, not for itouch, they sent me skins for iphone in a plan bag and they don’t even fit.
i suggest you order from someone Else other than this company.

I bought these iTouch surface shields from Amazon vendor pieceofmindmedia. The product arrived quickly and is just as advertised. Definitely for the iPod Touch, not the iPhone. Mine was shipped as a five-pack…so I guess I got two for free! No complaints.

DLO’s Surface Shield screen protectors are the worst iPhone screen protectors on the market. On the plus side, they fit as advertised and keep your screen from picking up unwanted scratches. They also do a good job of eliminating glare and they provide a nice surface feel when it comes to finger touches. And while all that sounds good, these screen protectors have a single negative, but it’s a big one: they degrade screen resolution considerably.
I used Case Mate’s screen protectors for the first several months that I owned an iPhone. They weren’t of the anti-glare variety (which was fine with me), but they showcased the crisp, beautiful screen as it was meant to be seen. After purchasing and applying DLO’s Surface Shields, I noticed that the screen became dull, grainy, and pixelated. I put up with it for several months, but was embarrassed each time I had to show the screen to someone else, as it looked lackluster and rough. Finally I replaced the Surface Shield with my favorite Case Mate brand and am amazed once more at how brilliant the iPhone screen is.
Functionally, the Surface Shields work as advertised, but with a very noticeable sacrifice in screen clarity and resolution. Caveat emptor.
